				It does not harm these pumps to run dry. It’s just a flexible diaphragm moving up and down. It can only run about a hour anyway!

				Greetings from Utopia;
A question about our fuel pumps. Does it harm them or shorten their life to operate dry, or without fuel coming from the wing tank?
Not a regular practice to drain the wing tanks completely, but that is was happens when we utilize the full range capability. Not getting into the shoulder or shouldn’t about reserves. Just the matter of a dry fuel pump.
Thanks guys
