RIGGING ISSUES

My Ercoupe 415C was rigged during the last annual.  As I returned it to service, I noticed that the airplane now YAWS to the right every time power is reduced to idle.  This is most noticeable during landing as I am lining up with the runway and the airplane yaws to the right.  Even with zero winds, the airplane now lands yawing right and with right crosswind, it makes for a very uncomfortable landing. 

On takeoff, as I track the centerline, I notice that the left wind wants to lift off before the right wing.  This happens right above 50mph and specially with crosswinds from the right. 

I attempted to displace the right rudder turnbuckle so it is angled further out but there is no adjustment left for it.  I placed a temporary tab on the right rudder to simulate adding some rudder input but did not notice much.  I raised the left aileron to add some drag on the left side but noticed nothing more than yoke deflection. 

The airplane fly straight with tuen coordinator centered in cruise flight and stalls straight.
