Ercoupes in the Philippines

This is my grand-father in his younger days: Juan Antonio Llantada with his Ercoupe 415-C (PIC-44). Photos taken in Hacienda Refugio Airport, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. He and His Uncle Isaias Menchaca who also owns another Ercoupe would fly around the Hacienda and the city every afternoon for fun. Because they both love planes and flying. At that time, they we're the only family who owns an Ercoupe in the entire City. The airport in the farm is still theirs up to this day, and my grandfather and grandmother still lives in their ancestral house inside the farm
